Joanelle Nuñez serves the church in many capacities, including working on the praise and worship team, helping with the youth group, and serving on the leadership board. She has spent most of her life in ministry, and she enjoys helping out wherever she is needed. Joanelle’s desire is to see more souls won for Christ. Joanelle is married to Pastor Josh, and they have a son, Joel. She is also the daughter of Pastor Frank and First Lady June. She has been an educator in the Aurora Public Schools for 18 years, and she says that education is one of the hardest, but most rewarding careers. She holds a BA from the University of Denver in English and Spanish, an MA from the University of Northern Colorado/University of Salamanca in Spanish Teaching, and a Principal Licensure from the University of Denver. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and organizing.
