Day Two
Many of us live very hectic lives and it can become difficult to hear God’s voice. Fasting empowers us to tune-out the world’s distractions and tune-in to God.
As we fast, we can hear God’s voice clearly and when you listen, it will bring a great expectancy within your heart, mind and soul.
John 10:27-28 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them out of My hand.
In this time of fasting, take time to remove the distractions that hinder you from focusing on God and hearing His voice.
What are some of the things that are keeping you away from God?
Don’t forget to spend time in prayer and reading His word today.
